Love2stay in Cyprus acts as an agent on behalf of the individual owners of holiday rental apartments in Cyprus.
Please read the Terms and Conditions set out below prior to making your reservation. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Love2stay in Cyprus.
The person who makes the booking must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the booking and accepts these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is also responsible tor all payments due from the party.
Payment
A deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks prior to departure from the UK. For reservations made within 10 weeks the full payment will be due. Payment is via bank transfer or cheque.
Check in/check out
Check in time is normally 4pm on the day of arrival and check out is requested by 11am on departure day. Early check in or late check out can be arranged subject to availability, please ask at time of booking.
Transfers
Transfers to and from the airport are not included in this booking.
Minimum Stay
The minimum stay is 3 nights. If a rental is taken for less than 3 nights, the guest will be charged the 3 night rate.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of £200 is payable on all bookings. This is paid with the final balance and will be refunded to you by bank transfer on satisfactory back out inspection of the apartment. It is your responsibility to ensure that neither the apartment nor its contents get damaged. All of the apartments are privately owned and we ask that you treat them with respect as you would your own home and leave them tidy. Please report any damage or breakages immediately to the property management company in Cyprus so that items can be repaired or replaced if necessary and there is no inconvenience to your holiday.
TV’s
All of the apartments have TV’s and DVD’s. However, not all of the apartments have satellite TV and some will only play DVD’s or receive local channels. If satellite TV is important to you, please specify at time of booking.
Changes by the client
An amendment by the client which requires a new invoice/confirmation will incur a charge of £15.00.
Changes by Love2stay
Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and we may need to change your allocated apartment at short notice. We will always move you to an apartment of similar standard or better.
Cancellation by client
Should a client cancel a reservation after the confirmation has been issued, charges will be applied as follows:
More than 42 days prior to departure from UK – deposit only. 8 to 42 days – 25% or deposit whichever is greater.
Within 8 days of departure – 100%
Non arrival on due date will be looked on as cancellation and charges as above will apply.
We strongly recommend you take adequate travel insurance to cover any losses arising from cancellation.
Occupancy
Only those occupants stated on the Booking Form will be allowed. The maximum occupancy for each apartment will be strictly adhered to.
Swimming Pools
The swimming pools are unattended and it is your responsibility to ensure you are familiar with the depth and layout before use. Adults are responsible for ensuring the safety of any children in their care at all times. Please only use the swimming pool and tennis court for your complex.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the apartments under any circumstances.
Air Conditioning
To help us keep our rental prices low we would appreciate your co-operation concerning the use of the air conditioning supplied in the property. We respectfully ask you to ensure that the air conditioning units are turned off whilst you are not in the apartment.
Linen and Bath Towels
These are privately owned apartments and there is no housekeeping service. Linen & bath towels are supplied for your stay.
Liability
Love2stay Limited accepts no liability for any loss, illness, personal injury or death regardless of the circumstances.
Complaints
Love2stay Ltd exercises due care and attention with all reservations and monitors standards of accommodation in order to ensure high quality apartments for our clients. In the unlikely event you have cause for complaint regarding the accommodation you should call the relevant property management company number supplied to you or Love2stay on 00 44 121 663 0334 or email holiday@love2stayincyprus.co.uk whilst still in resort so any matters can be rectified and you can continue to enjoy your holiday.
Resort development
To our knowledge there is no major development work taking place around any of our complexes but should we be given prior notice of any work, we would endeavour to advise you in advance of your holiday. Love2stay Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for noise occurring outside the complexes.
Force Majeure
Love2stay Limited cannot accept liability or pay any compensation for any changes, cancellations, effect on your holiday, loss or damage suffered by you or where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations are prevented or affected by force majeure. In relation to these Terms and Conditions, this means any event in which we or the suppliers of the services in question could not, even with due care, forsee or avoid. Such events may include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, strikes or other industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, flood, acts of God, terrorist activities, quarantine, epidemics, weather conditions, government action or any other event outside of our control.
